1.使用瀝青冷補料時對坑槽的處理，先要確定坑槽開挖位置，四周銑刨（根據(jù)路面厚度，深度一般不低于3厘米）或切縫后，將待修補的坑槽內(nèi)及四周的碎石、廢渣清理干凈，坑槽內(nèi)不得存有污水，泥漿，冰塊等雜物，被修補的坑槽應有整齊的切邊，廢渣的清除要見到固體的堅固面為止。

3. Fill sufficient asphalt cold patching material into the pit and groove. The asphalt cold patching material should be first spread around the groove wall, from edge to center. Until the filling material is about 1.5 centimeters above the ground, the center of the pit should be slightly higher than the surrounding road surface and curved after filling. 4.在瀝青冷補料壓實完成后根據(jù)需要可在表面均勻撒上一層石粉或細沙，并用清掃工具來回清掃，以便細沙填滿表面空隙。之后就可以開放交通了。
